Delivery Policy

Please note that due to current global supply chain shortages on materials there may be unforeseen delays or changes to orders with very short notice. However we will endeavour to keep this to a minimum and inform you as soon as possible of any issues that may arise.

 

HOW WE DELIVER

Our deliveries are normally delivered direct to site by large articulated vehicles so it is essential that the site has sufficient labour available to facilitate swift offload which will avoid any standing or re-delivery charges by the haulier.

No mechanical offload is available on normal deliveries so please inform BOSS Acoustics if you require one and we will get this priced up for you.

If due to access restrictions, the site requires a rigid vehicle, please get in contact so we can advise of any additional charges.

MISSING PRODUCTS

When your delivery arrives please check that you have received everything on the delivery note before signing. If anything is missing please note the item(s) on the delivery note and sign next to what you have changed.

The delivery note should be passed back to the driver to return to the haulage depot for processing.

You must also contact BOSS Acoustics on the same day of delivery to report any missing items.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If the delivery shows up and any items are damaged please ensure you take a picture of this before the driver leaves and also make a note of the damage on the delivery note then pass the delivery note back to the driver who will take it back to the haulage depot for processing.

You must also contact BOSS Acoustics on the same day of delivery to report any damaged items and provide pictures as above.
